Tak naprawdę nazywa się Gareth Thomas Rhys Emery i pochodzi z brytyjskiego Southampton. Od wielu lat znajduje się w absolutnej czołówce artystów, związanych z muzyką elektroniczną.
Ma swój oryginalny i rozpoznawalny styl, któremu jest wierny od samego początku kariery, do dnia dzisiejszego. Remiksował m.in. Britney Spears, Darude, Armina Van Buurena, OceanLab i Emmę Hewitt. Wydał dwa studyjne albumy „Northern Lights” i „Drive”, prowadzi label Garuda Music, a także swoją cotygodniową audycję radiową Electric For Life. Gareth, jak niemal każdy artysta sceny klubowej, podsumowuje rok specjalnym miksem, będącym esencją najlepszych produkcji z ostatnich miesięcy.
